OUR EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
From the very beginning, our Founding Partner has been an integral part of our company’s success. With more than seven decades of expertise in the industry and his dedications to his family, together with a solid determinations to succeed where many before him have failed, has helped steer this company through many tough times over the years.
Seraj became the Chief Executive Officer in 1993 and provides the company with strong leadership skills and specialized knowledge of the industry.
He joined the company in 1982 after graduating with a Master’s in Business Administration from Ohio State University, USA. Seraj is passionate about what he does and the way he has led our UAE company from its inception to its current success.
Reza joined Whitesea in 1993 and held various management roles. In 2010, Reza assumed the role of the Managing Director and recently took on additional responsibility for the Whitesea’s growing businesses.
Reza believes that building systems that connect customers to our people promote the idea of continuity and of performance. He promotes strengthening the organization that is greater than one’s self. This he says, is the beauty of an idea that can outlast you.
Our partner, Lieutenant General Abdalla Alzarooni is a decorated military man who has partnered with us since 1995. He took a bigger role in 2016, and since then has become more involved with certain aspect of the partnership. We value his involvement and respect his decision making inputs.

MASTER MARINER UK (FG), ISM INTERNAL & LEAD AUDITOR, DPA & COMPANY SECURITY OFFICER
Joined Whitesea in 2012 with 27 years of sailing and 15 years of onshore experience in Operational Planning in Offshore & Foreign going operation. Experienced in Self-Propelled & Self Elevating Lift Boats, AHTS Vessels, PSV’s, Crew Boats, Tankers, Bulkers, Ro-Ro, Passenger, and Container Vessels.
Vast experience in planning, modifications, and preparing the vessels for Oil Major to comply with their requirements. Coordinating for processing the SNAME studies and penetration. Experienced in Planning and executing economical dry-docking of all type of vessels. Handling full management of the offshore units for the clients self-propelled Jackups, AHTS, PSV’s and Crew Boats.
Responsible for formulating Institutional, Corporate and Business Strategies to ensure sustainable growth and profitability, so as to meet the aspired future of the company, Victor also evaluates all new businesses, strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, and advise on all technical/operational/commercial/socio-economic issues related to them, in order to ensure sustainable growth.
With his 18 years industry experience, Victor is also responsible to develop, obtain CEO/Board Approval, and drive processes/guidelines/practices required for improved asset acquisition and new business development. He is the focal point for all Decision Review Board (DRB) meetings that relate to all new businesses, strategic alliances, mergers, and acquisitions.
Leads a team of Discipline Engineers providing operations inputs into major projects carried out by Oil & Gas Division. Provides all Operations Input and ensures its encapsulation into the design for Projects in ASSESS/SELECT and provides engineering inputs / advice for any operational aspect during EXECUTE Stage with appropriate liaison with site as required. Provides support during preparation of Operation Readiness Plans (ORPS) and participates with other departments for implementation of new initiatives / ideas into pilot projects.
Alan is responsible for the planning, development, management, and implementation of the company’s special program and specific special projects. He provides overall leadership and management for all Special Projects activities and has the responsibility for producing SPD plan targets, while setting the image, demonstrating the core values, and implementing the company’s standards of business conduct.
Ajay, with more than 16 years of experience in his field position, is responsible for the planning and management of company’s inventory, the timely and cost-effective tactical purchasing of components and supplies, receiving and stocking of purchased items, and the storage and shipping. He is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures in conjunction with other managers and executives. His responsibilities include direct supervision of the warehouse, receiving, planning, purchasing and logistics functions based in UAE and KSA.
Alia develops the company’s communications and Public Relations strategies as part of the overall business strategy, manages communication related agencies and stakeholders ensuring value adding, and develops and ensures compliance with company brand guidelines in all corporate identity platforms, publications, website, etc.
Alia is also responsible to Produce/Plan/Coordinate efficient proactive internal communications to keep employees engaged, informed, and motivated.
Joined Whitesea in 2016. Holds Class 1 Master Mariner with 20 years of experience in marine and offshore oil fields within the Middle East region. He has a proven track record for being a Senior Marine Coordinator with major Oil Companies. He has also acted as ZADCO Harbor Master in an artificial Island of Abu Dhabi.
Joined us in 2016. Holds Class1 – Chief Engineer with 23 years of experience in deep sea and offshore. Worked in ESNAD, Abu Dhabi as Chief Engineer on board their vessels and has a vast experience in negotiating, planning, and execution of Dry-Docking, supervised modification, and upgrading of various projects, and detailed technical inspections of vessels on behalf of clients.
Michelle provides support for daily activities of immediate department to ensure that compliance and logistics departmental functions flow smoothly. Review, enter, and prepare documentation for international orders to ensure timely and compliant shipment of product. With more than 15 years of experience, Michele is skilled and resourceful very well-versed .
Ashish has over 7 years of offshore experience as HSE officer onboard Rigs and Jackups. His main responsibilities include ISM audits and closure of action items, Implementation of QHSSE on Offshore construction projects, strategic planning for project QHSSE management, development and implementation of QHSSE procedures, maintaining compliance to OHSAS 18001, ISO14001, ISO 9001, OVMSA, Vessel ISPS certifications, providing commercial inputs for tenders, HSSE audits (internal and subcontractor), and others duties.
